Due to the threat of piracy Mazzarella Media does not accept un-damaged returns. Scratched, broken, blank or non-working DVDs may be exchanged for the same product. Simply contact us at 800.583.1988 or email us at sales@mazz.com and you will be issued an RMA.


We do not offer refunds for anything other than backordered items. 
Online orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order submission via email at sales@mazz.com.


If an item ordered online is backordered we will notify you via email immediately after receiving your order. You may cancel backordered items at any time before the merchandise is shipped and a full refund will be issued.

Mazzarella Media currently offers flat rate shipping for all of our products ordered online. All online orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt of the order. Depending on chosen shipping option you can expect to receive your merchandise within 2 – 7 working days. Mazzarella Media takes no responsibility for delivery delays due to logistical or weather related delays or errors on the behalf of UPS® or the United States Postal Service. If items are not delivered or delivered in damaged condition Mazzarella Media will send replacement merchandise.


Mazzarella Media uses a flat shipping & handling rate determined for each shipping method. These rates apply only to the United States and Canada.
