Why can I only use Paypal to complete my transaction online?
We are working diligently to integrate a payment system that will allow our users to securely put in credit card info directly on the site. Currently we are working with a security certificate issuer to resolve technical issues that prevented us to be able to secure data on our site. All transactions, however, that are processed through Paypal are secure. You don’t need a Paypal account to enter your credit card info on the site.
Why are there multiple prices on your site for some products?
As a content provider we provide different types of licensing depending on how the DVD’s will be used. Our single-site license is for use at home or in a SINGLE CLASSROOM. Libraries, schools, districts and other organizations typically must purchase a multi-site license for legal presentation to students.
What are the computer specifications for this media or are these DVD's for a DVD player only?
Our DVDs will play in any modern (past 5 years) computer. Most of our products are available through educational digital delivery services. If you do not want to subscribe to one of these hardware, web-based services we can license a digital version to your school, however the licensing pricing will be different. This is typically a service we provide to BOCES/AEA organizations. Please contact us directly for digital licensing pricing and specifications, we will accommodate this format for individual schools/districts.
Can I return opened DVD's?
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on opened DVDs. This is because of the prevalence of DVD copying technology in the consumer market. We will however accept opened items for exchange if the disc is damaged or non-functioning. We do not offer refunds for damaged product.

My daughter LOVES the Monkeydoos!!!! Why aren't they available on your site?

The high school next door sent us a copy of your dvd set, Earth Science - Fundamental Series, since it is more appropriate for our grades. I can't find a MARC record for us to put in our media center. Can you help with this? Thanks,
Please provide more information regarding the title of the product. Is it one of our Way Cool Science programs or Real World Science. We do not carry a product specifically with the name you provided. We had done programs for other distributors, so that may be the case as well. Let us know!
